Some people say it to me "it's a bad date", because all have works to do

Would it hurt anything to extent the deadline? I think putting it on an indefinite hold wouldn't help, rather it'd probably disappoint people. But extending it so you have more entries, SOUNDS fair, at least to me.

If you end it in 10 days, there's no guarentee you'll get more good work.
If you extend it, that'll give encouragement to more folks, but to be realistic, that's not a guarentee either, but it DOES increase your chances.
So if you're not happy with where it is now, then you should extend it again. Now this may mean that you'll need to extend it until you get tired of pushing it back or until you get enough work where you think the prizes are justified.
I myself have yet to see contests like this go without be pushed back, but that's just me. Though I would wonder if posting the current entries to view isn't scaring people away! XD
That's some good stuff you got so far, even I'm intimidated! But if you push it back, and maybe hide the entries, that'll give people more motivation.
